  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 package egg noodles

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is tender.
  3. 3. Stir in the sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, and beef broth. Mix well.
  4. 4. Simmer the mixture for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. 5. Meanwhile, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain.
  6. 6. Serve the stroganoff sauce over the cooked egg noodles. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
