  • 4 cups Potatoes, diced
  • 2 cups Ham, diced
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 cups Milk
  • ¼ cup Butter
  • ¼ cup All-purpose flour
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and cook until translucent.
  2. 2. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  3. 3. Gradually add chicken broth and milk, stirring constantly until thickened.
  4. 4. Add potatoes and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
  5. 5. Stir in ham and cook until heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
