Ingredients 

Gyoza Filling

  • 200 g Ground pork
  • 1 Small cabbage, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 pack Gyoza wrappers

Instructions 

  1. Mix ground pork, cabbage, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl.
  2. Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each gyoza wrapper.
  3. Fold the wrapper in half and seal the edges with water.
  4. Heat a frying pan with a bit of oil over medium heat.
  5. Place gyoza in the pan and cook until the bottoms are golden brown.
  6. Add a splash of water to the pan and cover. Steam for 5 minutes.
  7. Remove the lid and cook until the water evaporates and the bottoms are crispy again.
