Gurkensalat German Cucumber Salad Recipe
A refreshing and simple German cucumber salad.

Main Ingredients
- 2 large cucumbers thinly sliced
- 1 small red onion thinly sliced
- ¼ cup white vinegar
- ¼ cup water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped
In a bowl, mix vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and pepper until sugar is dissolved.
Add cucumbers and onions to the bowl and mix well.
Let it sit for at least 10 minutes before serving.
Sprinkle with fresh dill before serving.
