Main Ingredients
- 3 ripe avocados
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ cup diced onion
- 3 tablespoon chopped cilantro
- 2 roma tomatoes, diced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. 
- Mash the avocado with a fork until you reach your desired consistency. 
- Add lime juice, salt, diced onion, chopped cilantro, diced tomatoes, minced garlic, and cayenne pepper to the bowl. 
- Mix everything together until well combined. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. 
- Serve immediately with tortilla chips or as a topping for your favorite dishes.
