Main Ingredients
- 3 ripe avocados
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ cup diced onion
- 3 tablespoon chopped cilantro
- 2 roma tomatoes, diced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
Mash the avocado with a fork until you reach your desired consistency.
Add lime juice, salt, diced onion, chopped cilantro, diced tomatoes, minced garlic, and cayenne pepper to the bowl.
Mix everything together until well combined. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Serve immediately with tortilla chips or as a topping for your favorite dishes.
