Ground Beef Vegetable Soup Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cup Chopped Carrots
- 1 cup Chopped Celery
- 1 cup Chopped Onion
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 4 cups Beef Broth
- 2 cups Chopped Potatoes
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
2. Add the chopped carrots, celery, and onion to the pot. Cook for about 5 minutes, until the vegetables start to soften.
3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, and chopped potatoes. Bring to a boil.
4. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 30 minutes, until the potatoes are tender.
5. Season with salt, black pepper, dried basil, and dried oregano. Stir well and cook for another 5 minutes.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
