- 4 links Italian sausage
- 2 large bell peppers sliced
- 1 large onion sliced
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a large bowl, toss the sliced bell peppers and onions with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Place the sausages on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are browned and cooked through.
While the sausages are cooking, place the peppers and onions on the grill and cook for about 8-10 minutes, until they are tender and slightly charred.
Remove the sausages and vegetables from the grill. Serve the sausages with the grilled peppers and onions on the side.
