- 4 rock lobster tails
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- to taste salt and pepper
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, and paprika.
Brush the lobster tails with the butter mixture and season with salt and pepper.
Place the lobster tails on the grill, shell side down, and cook for about 5-6 minutes.
Flip the tails and cook for another 4-5 minutes until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
Remove from the grill and serve immediately with additional melted butter if desired.
