Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Italian sausages
  • 4 pieces Hoagie rolls
  • 1 cup Marinara sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the sausages with olive oil and place them on the grill. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
  3. While the sausages are cooking, warm the marinara sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  4. Once the sausages are done, place each sausage in a hoagie roll. Top with warm marinara sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Place the assembled sandwiches back on the grill for 2-3 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the rolls are slightly toasted.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
