Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Pork shoulder, cubed
- 2 cups Green chilies, roasted and chopped
- 1 cup Onion, chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add the cubed pork and cook until browned.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Stir in the roasted green chilies, cumin, and oregano. Cook for another 2 minutes.
4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
