Greek Yogurt Oatmeal

- 1 cup Rolled oats
- 2 cups Water
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 pinch Salt
- Fresh fruit (optional) For topping
1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.
2. Add oats and a pinch of salt. Reduce heat and simmer for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Remove from heat and let it sit for a minute.
4. Stir in Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
5. Serve in bowls and top with fresh fruit if desired.
