Greek Yogurt Egg Salad
A healthier twist on the classic egg salad, using Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise.

Main Ingredients
- 6 large Eggs hard-boiled
- ½ cup Greek Yogurt plain
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- ¼ cup Red Onion finely chopped
1. Peel and chop the hard-boiled eggs.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, fresh dill, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
3. Add the chopped eggs and red onion to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
