Greek Tzatziki Recipe
A refreshing Greek dip made with yogurt, cucumber, garlic, and herbs.

Tzatziki Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 medium Cucumber grated and strained
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Fresh dill chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
Grate the cucumber and strain out the excess water using a strainer or cheesecloth.
In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, chopped dill, and lemon juice.
Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
