Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 Bell Peppers tops cut off and seeds removed
  • 1 cup Cooked Rice
  • ½ lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ¼ cup Feta Cheese crumbled

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until softened.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, ground beef mixture, tomato sauce, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Stuff the bell peppers with the mixture and place them in a baking dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, until the peppers are tender.
  6. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese on top of the stuffed peppers and serve.
