- 4 Bell Peppers tops cut off and seeds removed
- 1 cup Cooked Rice
- ½ lb Ground Beef
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 cup Tomato Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- ¼ cup Feta Cheese crumbled
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until softened.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, ground beef mixture, tomato sauce, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
Stuff the bell peppers with the mixture and place them in a baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, until the peppers are tender.
Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese on top of the stuffed peppers and serve.
