  • 6 pieces Potatoes peeled and cut into wedges
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Oregano dried
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 lemon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the potatoes, olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat the potatoes evenly.
  3. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Pour the chicken broth and lemon juice over the potatoes.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy on the edges, and tender inside.
  6. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
