Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 4 cups Chopped Romaine Lettuce
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber, sliced
  • ½ cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Kalamata Olives, pitted
  • ½ cup Feta Cheese, crumbled

Dressing Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and Kalamata olives.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  4. 4. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese on top before serving.
