Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Tomatoes cut into wedges
- 1 piece Cucumber sliced
- 1 piece Red onion sliced
- 1 cup Kalamata olives pitted
- 200 grams Feta cheese cubed
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and olives.
2. Add the cubed feta cheese to the bowl.
3. Drizzle the olive oil and red wine vinegar over the salad.
4. Sprinkle the dried oregano, salt, and pepper to taste.
5. Toss everything gently to combine.
6. Serve immediately or let it sit for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
