Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add chicken breasts and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2. Preheat grill pan over medium heat. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Let it rest, then slice.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and feta cheese.
4. Top the salad with sliced grilled chicken. Serve immediately.
