  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the mixture over them, making sure they are well coated.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink inside.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
