  • 1 bottle Red Wine 750ml
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • 1 Orange sliced
  • 10 Cloves
  • 2 Star Anise

Instructions 

  1. Combine water, sugar, and cinnamon stick in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then simmer.
  2. Add the wine, orange slices, cloves, and star anise. Heat gently, but do not boil.
  3. Strain and serve hot.
