  • 1 package Frozen Hash Browns thawed
  • 2 cups Sour Cream
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cups Cornflakes crushed
  • ¼ cup Butter melted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine hash browns, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese, and onion.
  3. Spread mixture into a baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix crushed cornflakes with melted butter. Sprinkle over the potato mixture.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown.
