Fried Rice with Ham
A simple and delicious fried rice recipe with ham.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked rice preferably day-old
- 1 cup Diced ham
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 cup Frozen peas and carrots
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 2 pcs Eggs beaten
- 2 pcs Green onions chopped
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the beaten eggs and scramble until fully cooked. Remove from wok and set aside.
Add the remaining oil to the wok. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Add the diced ham and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly browned.
Add the frozen peas and carrots, and cook for another 2 minutes.
Add the cooked rice to the wok, breaking up any clumps. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until heated through.
Return the scrambled eggs to the wok and add soy sauce. Mix well to combine.
Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
