Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 3 cups Cooked rice preferably day-old
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables carrots, peas, corn
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 pcs Eggs beaten
  • 2 pcs Green onions sliced

Instructions 

  1. Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and mixed vegetables, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Push the vegetables to the side and pour the beaten eggs into the pan. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
  4. Add the cooked rice and soy sauce. Stir-fry everything together for another 5 minutes.
  5. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot.
