Fried Mozzarella Cheese Sticks
Crunchy on the outside, gooey on the inside, these fried mozzarella cheese sticks are perfect for a snack or appetizer.

- 12 sticks Mozzarella cheese cut into sticks
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 cups Breadcrumbs
- 2 units Eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying
1. Cut mozzarella cheese into sticks.
2. Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder and dried oregano.
3. Dredge each cheese stick in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumb mixture.
4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Fry cheese sticks in batches until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes per side.
6. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with marinara sauce.
