Fried Mozzarella Cheese Sticks
Crunchy on the outside, gooey on the inside, these fried mozzarella cheese sticks are perfect for a snack or appetizer.

Main Ingredients
- 12 sticks Mozzarella cheese cut into sticks
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 cups Breadcrumbs
- 2 units Eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying
- 1. Cut mozzarella cheese into sticks. 
- 2. Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder and dried oregano. 
- 3. Dredge each cheese stick in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumb mixture. 
- 4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. 
- 5. Fry cheese sticks in batches until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes per side. 
- 6. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with marinara sauce.
