- 1 lb Chicken tenders
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 pcs Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying
1. Season the chicken tenders with salt and pepper.
2. Dredge the chicken tenders in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
3. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Fry the chicken tenders in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
