- 4 medium Tomatoes diced
- 1 medium Onion finely chopped
- 1 bunch Cilantro chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 medium Jalapeño seeded and finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
In a mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, chopped onion, cilantro, minced garlic, and jalapeño.
