French Toast Casserole

Main Ingredients
- 1 loaf French bread cut into cubes
- 8 Eggs
- 2 cups Milk
- ½ cup Heavy cream
- ½ cup Sugar
- ½ cup Brown sugar
- 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Topping
- ½ cup Flour
- ½ cup Brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ½ cup Butter cold, cut into pieces
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Grease a baking dish and place the cubed French bread in it.
3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract.
4. Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes, making sure all pieces are coated.
5. In another bowl, mix together flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
6. Sprinkle the topping mixture evenly over the casserole.
7. Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
