Instructions
Place beef chuck roast in a slow cooker.
Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over the roast.
Pour beef broth into the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Remove roast from slow cooker and shred with a fork.
Place shredded beef on French rolls, top with provolone cheese.
Bake in preheated oven until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
Serve sandwiches with a small bowl of the cooking liquid for dipping.
