Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb White fish fillets cut into chunks
  • 2 cups Potatoes peeled and diced
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  2. 2. Add the diced potatoes and enough water to cover them. Bring to a boil and cook until the potatoes are tender.
  3. 3. Add the fish chunks to the pot and cook until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  4. 4. Stir in the milk and heavy cream. Season with salt and black pepper. Heat through but do not boil.
  5. 5. Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
