Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add chicken and cook until lightly browned.
  3. Add carrots, celery, and cabbage. Cook for a few minutes until vegetables are slightly tender.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Add elbow macaroni and cook until pasta is al dente.
  6. Stir in evaporated milk and season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for a few more minutes.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
