Filipino Chicken Sopas Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- to taste salt and pepper
Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
Add chicken and cook until lightly browned.
Add carrots, celery, and cabbage. Cook for a few minutes until vegetables are slightly tender.
Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
Add elbow macaroni and cook until pasta is al dente.
Stir in evaporated milk and season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for a few more minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy!
