- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 package Fideo Pasta
- 1 can Tomato Sauce
- 2 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the fideo pasta and cook until golden brown.
Stir in the tomato sauce and chicken broth.
Add cumin, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes until pasta is tender.
