Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Cheese, shredded
  • 8 pieces Tortillas
  • 2 cups Enchilada sauce

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and 1 cup of enchilada sauce.
  3. Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and some shredded cheese. Roll them up and place them seam-side down in a baking dish.
  4. Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the top of the rolled tortillas and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
