Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Shredded Cabbage
  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots
  • 0.5 lb Ground Pork
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 12 pieces Egg Roll Wrappers
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil, for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, ground pork, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  2. 2. Place a small amount of the mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper. Fold and seal the edges with water.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. 4. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
