- 1 cup Shredded Cabbage
- 1 cup Shredded Carrots
- 0.5 lb Ground Pork
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 12 pieces Egg Roll Wrappers
- 1 cup Vegetable Oil, for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, ground pork, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
2. Place a small amount of the mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper. Fold and seal the edges with water.
3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
4. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
