Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 4 Green Bell Peppers
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until onions are translucent.
  4. Stir in tomato sauce, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Cut the tops off the green bell peppers and remove seeds. Stuff each pepper with the beef mixture.
  6. Place stuffed peppers in a baking dish. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
