Ingredients 

Dough

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup Water

Filling

  • 1 cup Ground pork
  • 1 cup Chopped cabbage
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ground black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and water to make the dough. Knead until smooth.
  2. 2. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
  3. 3. In another bowl, mix ground pork, chopped cabbage, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper to make the filling.
  4. 4. Roll out the dough and cut into small circles.
  5. 5. Place a small amount of filling in the center of each dough circle and fold to seal.
  6. 6. Steam the dumplings for 15 minutes.
