- 4 large Eggs
- ½ cup Diced ham
- ¼ cup Diced green bell pepper
- ¼ cup Diced onion
- ½ cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
2. Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the diced ham, bell pepper, and onion to the skillet. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
4. Pour the eggs into the skillet. Cook until the edges start to set, then sprinkle the cheese on top.
5. Fold the omelet in half and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the eggs are fully cooked.
6. Serve hot.
