  • 4 large Eggs
  • ½ cup Diced ham
  • ¼ cup Diced green bell pepper
  • ¼ cup Diced onion
  • ½ cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add the diced ham, bell pepper, and onion to the skillet. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Pour the eggs into the skillet. Cook until the edges start to set, then sprinkle the cheese on top.
  5. 5. Fold the omelet in half and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the eggs are fully cooked.
  6. 6. Serve hot.
