Instructions
1. Peel and chop the hard-boiled eggs.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped eggs, mayonnaise, curry powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
3. Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
4. Spread the egg mixture evenly on 4 slices of bread, then top with the remaining slices to make sandwiches.
5. Cut sandwiches in half and serve.
