Ingredients

  • 2 large Cucumbers peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Dill chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a blender, combine cucumbers, Greek yogurt, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Blend until smooth.
  3. 3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
  4. 4. Garnish with fresh dill before serving.
