Main Ingredients
- 2 large Cucumbers peeled and chopped
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Dill chopped
1. In a blender, combine cucumbers, Greek yogurt, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
4. Garnish with fresh dill before serving.
