  • 2 Cucumbers sliced thin
  • ¼ cup Fresh Dill chopped
  • ½ cup Sour Cream
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2. Add sliced cucumbers and chopped dill to the bowl.
  3. 3. Toss everything together until cucumbers are well coated.
  4. 4. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
