Main Ingredients
- 2 Cucumbers sliced thin
- ¼ cup Fresh Dill chopped
- ½ cup Sour Cream
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. 
- 2. Add sliced cucumbers and chopped dill to the bowl. 
- 3. Toss everything together until cucumbers are well coated. 
- 4. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
