A simple and delicious crustless quiche with spinach and cheese.

- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Stir in the chopped spinach and shredded cheese.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 35 minutes or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
