- 500 g Chicken tenderloins
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 Eggs beaten
- ½ cup Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
Season the flour with salt and pepper. Dredge chicken tenderloins in the flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
Place the crumbed chicken tenderloins on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
