Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Ground pork
- 1 cup Onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Water
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
In a large pot, combine ground pork, onion, garlic, milk, and water.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Add salt, pepper, cloves, and cinnamon. Mix well.
Continue to cook until the mixture is thickened and the liquid is mostly evaporated.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Transfer to a food processor and pulse until smooth.
Transfer to containers and refrigerate until firm. Serve chilled.
