Ingredients

  • 1 lb Crab Meat fresh or canned
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped
  • to taste Salt and Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Butter for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, beaten egg, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2. Form the mixture into patties.
  3. 3. Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  5. 5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
