Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Crab Meat fresh or canned
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 Egg beaten
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped
- to taste Salt and Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Butter for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, beaten egg, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
2. Form the mixture into patties.
3. Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
