Country Fried Squash
A simple and delicious country-style fried squash recipe.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Yellow Squash sliced
- 1 cup All-purpose Flour
- 2 units Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Cornmeal
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 cup Vegetable Oil for frying
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, cornmeal, salt, and black pepper.
3. Dip the squash slices into the beaten eggs, then coat with the flour mixture.
4. Fry the coated squash slices in the hot oil until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
5. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
