  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Cotija cheese crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice fresh
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the corn kernels in a pot of water for about 5-7 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, mix the corn kernels with mayonnaise, Cotija cheese, chili powder, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Spoon the mixture into cups and serve warm.
