- 1 cup corn kernels fresh or canned
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ cup milk
- 1 egg beaten

- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil for frying
In a mixing bowl, combine corn, flour, baking powder, milk, beaten egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
