Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Corn kernels fresh or frozen
  • 2 cups Potatoes diced
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • ¼ cup Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.
  3. 3. Add the diced potatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the corn kernels and heavy cream. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
