Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cup Onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Tomato Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Tomato Paste
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 cup Water
1. In a large saucepan, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Stir in the tomato sauce, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
4. Add the water and bring the mixture to a simmer. Reduce the heat to low and let it cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Adjust seasoning to taste and serve hot over hot dogs or your favorite dish.
