Dressing Ingredients
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Pour over shredded cabbage and carrots, and toss to coat evenly.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
