This is a simple recipe for making traditional clotted cream at home.

- 2 cups Heavy Cream Do not use ultra-pasteurized
Preheat your oven to 180°F (82°C).
Pour the heavy cream into a shallow baking dish.
Place the dish in the oven and bake for 12 hours.
Remove from the oven and let it cool to room temperature.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
Spoon the thickened cream into a jar and store in the refrigerator.
